I don't like so much to suggest the story behind my paintings, I prefer that every reader can read his own story just viewing the image

Started and finished in a couple of weeks in photoshop, no ref.

Every crits and comments are welcome.
Thanks for stopping by

Hunting at down

This is another one of the 'self-challenges' that I used to do to improve my poor skills.
My target here was to paint anatomy from memory but involving possibly some aspect that I never painted before.
So I've started this hunting at down scene with naked massive torso...from back....and black!
(Dudes, render that skin it was a pain, but really instructive and amusing)

Finished in about two days and obviously without references at all, so I bet you'll find some 'spare' muscle here and there LOL

Crits are always welcome (and please, forgive my english)

this is a piece I did for my little son that asked me "a big, white robot" . So he art directed all the painting until the end, with tips and request like "tanks, daddy, more tanks" and "more gundamish shape daddy pleeese" and so on...It was really fun.
Thanks for watching.

Hi, people!
Sometimes I try to challenge myself with tasks and rules like "no zooming" or "one only brush" and things like that. It help me to avoid my 'comfort zone' and push to paint different things in different styles.
This time I tried a "no layers" rule, so, no layers, no fx, no strange blending modes. Just canvas and brushes. No reference used.
Painted in Painter X Demo in one day (wow! sounds like "30 trial days 30pics" ).
Hope you like.
Cheers.
